Seen; to perceive with the eyes; to discern visually; to deduce mentally after reflection or from information.

 

Unseen; unperceived; unobserved; invisible

We all know what it is to see, to be seen and to have thoughts, feelings or opinions recognized.  In seeing we perceive the reality of a thought or appearance. The unseen on the contrary goes undetected—but it can achieve this invisibility in many different ways.  It can be simply undiscovered.  It can be unnoticed.  It can be concealed or camouflaged.  It can be guarded and shrouded or veiled.  It can be intentionally disguised.  It can even be something that is actively suppressed. Seen and Unseen is an examination from all angles, political, global, personal, conceptual, and theoretical, of that which is perceived and that which is unobserved or even invisible.
